Does Benadryl often have an counterreact w/methadone? Can it cause a false/positive on a drug screen and show up as a benzodiazipine? Im on Methadone maitenance and have failed three drug tests having benzodiazipines in my system when I haven't taken any. How accurate is a lab drug test?

Constipation is not a common side effect of Benadryl.

I found that it did cause mild constipation, but a tall glass of water in the morning re-hydrated me.

Our Vet told us to give it to our beagles for their ear infections thru the summer months. I give to them 1 a day at night and no red ears if I give it to them every day. The other med they gave me at the Vets cost over $35. and the Benendryl cost about $6. for 48! Good deal for us!
