Question/Comment:

For me the side effects have been horrible. I have severe diarrhea. I have so little energy that I can't walk from one side of the room to the other without resting. Honestly, I felt better when I was still on dialysis. Seek out options if you can. I am insisting on others now.

Answer/Reply:

but does the effectiveness outweigh the side effects. I also hate how markets are capitalizing on this drug..it is way too expensive for someone w/ limited or no insurance (roughly $671). So, how long do you think someone would keep taking this obnoxious drug until they realize the long term costs will be outrageous?

Question/Comment:

For MG patients, it beats any other MG drug hands down - including and especially Prednizone. I've gone from 2 to 3 MG attacks a year while on Prednizone (for 14 years) to zero MG attacks in 3 years while taking CellCept only.

Question/Comment:

although the side effects may be irritating cellcept has definitely helped me. My bun and creatinine levels were increasing before I began taking cellcept. The levels improved almost immediately after taking cellcept.
